01 · Our story

Hi, we are Robert
and Marsha Bowes.

Founders of Jireh Swan Property Services.

Between us, we bring more than 40 years of experience supporting children, young people and adults.

Marsha spent her career in education, teaching, leadership and serving as a Headteacher, shaping young lives and strengthening communities from the inside out. Robert brings over 20 years of youth support work, alongside hands-on experience in property improvement and restoration.

We carried that same commitment into property, creating Jireh Swan Property Services.

Our mission is simpleTo restore people, property and purpose.

We restore properties, create opportunities and strengthen communities. We lead with integrity, recognise potential in every person and every project, and aim to leave people and places better than we found them.

Our first chapter

A house called Genesis.

Genesis was more than our first project. It was where our shared experience, practical skills and belief in hidden potential came together.

We learned to look beyond what stood in front of us, solve problems carefully and create quality without wasting resources. It shaped how we lead Jireh Swan today, with vision, integrity and intention.
